Boys and Girls Spring Lacrosse

Davis Lacrosse Association (DLA) welcomes all boys and girls from 2nd - 8th grade to join our spring season. Each year we strive to try and offer an 8U-2nd grade, this year we are offering 3rd-8th grade (10U-14U).

The Spring 2026 season runs February through May, with additional clinics, camps, and drop-in sessions offered from June through November.

No experience is needed — our amazing coaches will teach players of all levels!

Our coaching staff includes UC Davis Lacrosse players and parent volunteers (many with playing or coaching experience), and partners from Davis High School and the broader collegiate and professional lacrosse community.

Games begin in late February and run through mid-May. Most games are held on Saturdays or Sundays. The 2026 schedule will be released in late January.

Home Game Locations:

• 12U & 14U Home Games: Davis High School Stadium or Yudin Field
• 10U Games: Community Park

DLA provides jerseys at no additional cost. Equipment rental and shorts are available separately.

Girls:

• Required Equipment: goggles and stick*
• Jersey: Provided by DLA (runs small, consider ordering one size up)***
• Shorts: $35 (required for new players or those needing a new size)**

Boys:

• Required Equipment: Helmet, stick, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves*
• Jersey: Provided by DLA (order one size up to fit pads)***
• Shorts: $35 (required for new players or those needing a new size)
• Also Required: Athletic cup and mouthguard

*Equipment rental: $30 per player

**The board is considering adding shorts or skorts for uniform bottoms

***Jerseys must be returned to coaches at the last game of the season

Each family is encouraged to sign up for 6 volunteer hours during the season. There are many fun ways to help - details shared at the start of the season!
